próbuję znaleźć bardziej szczegółowe informacje odnośnie tranzytu przez Austrię i ich definicji "Immediate departure" oraz "stopovers"

Zastanawia mnie, w jaki sposób mam np. nabyć winietę bez zatrzymywania się? Czy zatrzymanie się na stacji benzynowej może być traktowane jako "stopover"?
