Szanowni, potrzebuję informacji albo kontaktu do osoby piszącej po angielsku, która mogłaby pomóc. Może to być odpłatnie - byle w granicach rozsądku. Materiały potrzebne są do doktoratu.
Potrzebuję odpowiedzi na następujące pytania dotyczące francuskiego prawa autorskiego. Wpisuję pytania po angielsku, bo zakładam, że komunikacja z kimś na miejscu będzie następować w tym właśnie języku. Jeżeli ktoś jest w stanie pomóc mogę przesłać te pytania w WORD, jako tabele. Proszę o wpisy w tym wątku lub kontakt przez PW.
1. As far as I know there are no specific provisions for government works or laws (e.g. statutes, decrees, official signs, official documents) allowing general public to use these works.
Could you please clarify how the access to governmental materials is secured (e.g. general license granted by relevant public authority / fair use clauses in the legislation in force / custom understood as latin consuetudo)?
2. Could you please provide me with an information on:
a) Commentaries on the topic – especially these which examine legal status of governmental works in view of French Copyright Law (if any)?
b) Any books specially devoted to this topic – if any.
Please provide me with the information in a standard format – i.e. Author, Title and the year of publication.
It would be great if you could provide me with photocopies of commentaries’ relevant pages.
3. Could you please provide me with an information on judicial decisions concerning the topic (if any).
It would be great for me to be provided with a links (if accessible) or any tips where to look for.
