Szanowni, potrzebuję informacji albo kontaktu do osoby piszącej po angielsku, która mogłaby pomóc. Może to być odpłatnie - byle w granicach rozsądku. Materiały potrzebne są do doktoratu.
Potrzebuję odpowiedzi na następujące pytania dotyczące art. 13 hiszpańskiej ustawy o prawie autorskim. Wpisuję pytania po angielsku, bo zakładam, że komunikacja z kimś na miejscu będzie następować w tym właśnie języku. Jeżeli ktoś jest w stanie pomóc mogę przesłać te pytania w WORD, jako tabele. Proszę o wpisy w tym wątku lub kontakt przez PW.

1. Could you please provide me with an information on:
a) Commentaries on the topic – especially these which show how the provisions of art. 13 are construed / interpreted?
b) Any books specially devoted to this topic – if existing.
Please provide me with the information in a standard format – i.e. Author, Title and the year of publication.
It would be great if you could provide me with photocopies of commentaries’ relevant pages.
2. Could you please provide me with an information on representative judicial decisions concerning the topic.
It would be great for me to be provided with a links (if accessible) or any tips where to look for.
3. Could you please explain how the following copyright protection exclusions are interpreted in practice: “…agreements of public bodies”.
Are the graphical elements incorporated to governmental acts protected? Are they protected while used as a separate item (e.g. banknote specimen used in advertising activity).
