Witam,
starałem się o pozwolenie pracy w kanadzie. Pewna firma zaczęła zajmować się moja sprawa lecz w trakcje załatwiania pozwolenia zmieniła się moja sytuacja i nie mogę jechać do Kanady. Opłata za załatwienie pozwolenia jest rozdzielona w 2 ratach 500$ i 1000$-dokonałem już pierwszej części opłaty. Teraz pozostało mi już dokonać drugiej i dostał bym pozwolenie. W obecnej sytuacji chciałbym wstrzymać się przed drugą opłatą i zrezygnować z pozwolenia tracąc pierwsza ratę, lecz nie jestem pewny czy mogę po podpisaniu umowy.

Terms and Conditions
1. The Client retains and authorizes RCIC to act on the Client’s behalf in regards to applying for a Work Permit for Canada.
2. RCIC is hereby authorized to act on behalf of any accompanying dependent family members included in the Client’s application.
3. The Client acknowledges that RCIC has been retained for the Client’s immigration matters allowing consultants, agents, and staff of RCIC to perform work on the Client’s case.
4. The Client is obligated to maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with RCIC. Upon receiving advice and instructions from RCIC, it is the Client’s responsibility to respond appropriately within a reasonable time frame.
5. The Client acknowledges that all information and documentation that is required of them is truthful and accurate. The Client understands that failure to provide accurate information and documentation can result in a negative outcome of their application.
6. The Client retains RCIC to provide the following services:
a. Consult, advise, and assist the Client regarding the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations, Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s procedures and policies.
b. Preparation and submission of relevant application forms for a Work Permit including cover letters and supporting documents.
c. Inquires to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) regarding the status of the Client’s filed application and respond to any communication received from CIC.
d. Prepare the Client for an interview with a CIC officer(s) to discuss the Client’s application if such interview is required.
7. The Client shall pay RCIC the sum of $1500 CAD (plus taxes when applicable) for services outlined in clause 6 of this Retainer Agreement. The Client shall make payments according to the following schedule:
a. Upon signing this Retainer Agreement: $ 500 CAD
b. Upon receiving notice of IEC eligibility,
prior to submitting work permit application to CIC: $1000 CAD
All payments are non-refundable.
8. The Client acknowledges that disbursement fees such as, but not limited to, CIC processing fees, CIC Right of Permanent Residence fees, translations fees, and courier fees are not included in the sum quoted above. The Client agrees to pay all disbursements made on the Client’s behalf.
9. The Client acknowledges that RCIC reserves the right to charge additional legal fees in appropriate cases, such as pressing circumstances, the requirement for work outside normal business hours, exceptionally successful or efficient representation, or special demands on RCIC.
10. The Client acknowledges that their representative before CIC is Irena Bartoszewicz Szajna, a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council with membership number R407591, and the contact information for this regulatory body is:

11.Should the Client have concerns about fee disputes, ownership of file documents and client property, and/or transfer of files, the Client shall make a formal complaint in writing to Irena Bartoszewicz Szajna at Esteem Immigration Service, 165 Dundas Street West, Suite 907, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada L5B 2N6. The complaint must include the Client’s name, address and telephone number, date and time of when the issue occurred, and all relevant details of the issue. RCIC agrees to respond within 30 days of receiving the formal complaint in writing.
12. In the event that the Client decides and/or the Client’s dependent family members decide to apply for Permanent Residency to Canada, the Client is obligated to retain RCIC for the application for Permanent Residence to Canada services.
13. In the event that the Client decides to resign from any services outlined within this Retainer Agreement, or to transfer these immigration matters to another representative or company, then all outstanding fees are due immediately.
14. I/WE, the Client, understands and acknowledges that RCIC has assessed my/our eligibility for Canadian immigration based on policies and the Act currently in effect, and that RCIC, to the best of their ability, informed me/us of my/our eligibility according to current policies and the Act before I/WE signed this Agreement. I/WE understand and acknowledge that policies and the Act may change at any time, and that any such changes may be applied retroactively and may affect my/our application and eligibility for Canadian immigration. I/WE understand and agree that if I/WE fail to be granted an interview or fail to be selected for Canadian immigration as a result of any such changes, RCIC will not provide me/us with a refund.
I/We acknowledge receiving a copy of this Retainer Agreement and upon signing, state that I/We understand and agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined within. This Retainer Agreement becomes effective once RCIC receives a copy signed by the Client and the initial payment.

Witam,
Do Kanady nie musi pan jechac natychmiast. Pana wjazd do Kanady jest wazny dluzszy czas. Nie moge jednak czekac dlugo na zaplacenie za usluge.
Prosze sie rozliczc jaknajszybciej, aby uniknac dodatkowych oplat wynikajacych z czasu przez jaki Pan zalega pieniadze.
Z góry dziękuję za pomoc.
