Spadek zza granicy- Oszust??

Witam!
Tydzień temu otrzymałem dość dziwny mail od Steve Rodney z RPA z Tongo. Nie jako informuje mnie, że ktoś o moim nazwisku zginął w katastrofie lotniczej. I że był jego prawnikiem. Katastrofa zdarzyła się w 2003. Ale dopiero teraz bank upomina się o pieniądze, jeżeli nic nie zrobimy przejdą do budżetu państwa. Niestety nie znam osoby, który pozostawiła spadek. Łączy mnie z nią tylko to samo nazwisko. Steve Rodney prosi mnie o podanie numeru konta, peselu imienia nazwiska, wieku, płci, daty urodzenia i innych danych.
Mam pytanie czy jest to możliwe?
I czy znając mój numer konta i pesel i inne dane może coś zrobić?(zaciągnąć kredyt czy dług)

Dzwonił do mnie z dziwnego numery ( jest to nr kierunkowy Tongo)
Wysłał mi także skan paszportu i certyfikatu.

Proszę o pomoc!

Tak jest to oszustwo w 100%.
Tylko teraz mam pytanie w jaki sposób mogę go jakoś "załatwić".
Wpadłem na pomysł podanie jego nr telefonu do polskiej ambasady i może oni coś zaradzą?

Nie wiem, czy to ma sens, bo to pewnie jakiś publiczny aparat. Najlepszą metodą jest nie dać się nabrać i informować inne potencjalne ofiary.

Rozumiem, lecz sądzę, że jest to komórka, ponieważ, gdy dzwoniłem odebrał ten pan.
Dostałem także maila od niejakiego menagera banku, lecz mówi o innym banku co ten człowiek :?
Tak tylko jak poinformować?

W Togo nie ma ambasady ani polskiego konsulatu, jest tylko konsul honorowy, czyli osoba miejscowa
Wątpię, aby ktokolwiek się tym zajął, ale na wszelkich wypadek ambasador w Nigerii jest też akredytowany w Togo - poniżej maile kontaktowe.

To polska ambasada, więc zakładam że pracujący tam Polacy znają polski język

Togo to państwo w zachodniej Afryce;
Tongo to nazwa miast w Ghanie i Sierra Leone.

Tez miałem taki przypadek, co najśmieszniejsze po jakimś czasie przyszło wiele innych listów zachęcających mnie do współpracy a w zamian kilka mil. Dolarów- to zwykli oszuści i chyba nie ma na nich bata. Ale słyszałem o specjalnej policji internetowej gdzie takich wyłapują (jak się da) trzeba tylko przesłać im kopie listu.

I want the organization or individual to use this money in all sincerity to orphanages, widows, and also propagating the word of ALLAH and to ensure that the society upholds the views and belief of the Holy Quran. The Holy Quran emphasizes so much on ALLAH'S benevolence and this has encourage me to take the bold step.
I took this decision because I don't have any child that will inherit this money and my husbands other brother who is an Atheist lives abroad and doesn't care or show any interest in my family. I know that after death I will be with ALLAH the most beneficent and the most merciful...INSHA' ALLAH.
With ALLAH all things are possible.
When more trust has developed, I shall give you the contact information of the Bank where the money is deposited. I will also issue a letter of authority to the Bank authorizing them that the said fund has been willed to you and a copy of such authorization will be forwarded to you. The habitual inclination to give rather than take in life (Infaq); is the basis for my Sadaqah. I want you and the Muslim community where you reside to always pray for me.
I believe that the greatest use of a life is to spend it on something that outlast it.
My happiness is that i lived a true devoted Muslim life worthy of emulation. Whoever that wants to serve ALLAH must serve him in truth and in fairness.

May the Almighty ALLAH continue to guide and protect you.
