Witam. Mam nadzieje ze ktos tutaj mi pomoze.. zrozumiec..
Otoz po prawie 2 latach oczekiwania na work tax, dostalam od nich list w ktorym :
thank you for your claim for tax credits. i need some more information before i can decide if we can pay you tax credits.
what you need to do
please let us have the information rof the period 3 january 2011 to 3 june 2011 by 13 may 2012
-your telephone number
-your self-employed details:
-type of work you do and the nature of your business
-your unique taxpayes reference number
-summary. diary of bookings and/ or appointments you have taken or made
-copies of advertisements placed
-a breakdown of the hours you worked per week
-invoces for any work done
-evidence of any class 2 national insurance registration or small earnings exemption
---all documents to confirm that you are the main responsible parent/quardian for .. includinh; any court orders in force covering you child's care, or a letter form social services, or letters/ form/ bills relating to the child's healthcare, bank books/ statements, receipts or bills for clothing/ food/ hobbies
-letter from the school confirming your child's attendance
-statements from all your bank and building society accounts (including any joint accounts)
-your mortage statement or a copy of your rental agreement if you rent your home
-your counsil tax bill along with housing benefit and counsil tax benefit letters if applicable
-your gas, electricity, water and telephone bills
-your passport
-your chidl oscar birth certificate
-documents relating to the workers registration scheme or workers authorisation scheme (current and / or previous_ or your documents held from the home office
-banks full address
-name of any other adults at thhe address and their relationship to you
Please provide original documents, we cannot accept photocopies. any orginal documents sent will be returned to you securely.
If we believe that any documents you send to us are not genuine or you are not the holder, we may keep them.
If you have difficulty getting the information or want to talk about your claim, please phone me on the nomber shown at the top of this letter.
Once i have completed my checks I will write to you to tell you if your claim has been accepted. If you do not reply by 13 may 2012, i will make a decision based on the information we hold.
I have enclosed the fact sheet wtc/fs2 child tax credit and working tax credit- a guide which explains why we check claims and what your rights are. please read it carefully.
please remember that it is important that you report accurate information when you claim tax credits and tell us about changes in your circumstances. if you do not you may be charged a penalty.

Czy moglby ktos mi powiedziec- dlaczego potrzebne im sa takie szczegoly??
I odnosnie dziecka- jak ja mam im przedstawic takie dowody skoro dziecka ma 2 latka i do szkoly jeszcze nie chodzi, poza tym - nigdy nikt nie informowal mnie o tym ze mam zbierac rachunki za jedzenie czy ubrania..
Prosze o pomoc. Z gory dziekuje
