Witam. Mieszkam w mieszkaniu które wynajęła moja firma jako wynajmujący, ja widnieje na umowie jako mieszkaniec. Umowa ta została zawarta na 6 miesięcy z 2 miesięcznym okresem wypowiedzenia. Te sześć miesięcy minęło ale że wypowiedzenie nie zostało złożone to umowa wznawia się od jakiegoś czasu automatycznie na okres 2 miesięcy. Ostatnio negocjowałam obniżenie wysokości czynszu o 25 funtów i agencja przygotowała mi memorandum o obniżeniu tegoż czynszu. Jednakże wygląda to dla mnie troche dziwnie że przy takiej "błachostce" muszę to memorandum podpisywać na oczach pracownika agencji a mój szef jako tenat przy świadku (należy podać dane świadka, miejsce podpisania dokumentu przez mojego szefa). Czy takie coś jest normalną procedurą, czy może agencja próbuje mnie w coś "wrobić"?
Poniżej przedstawiam całość dokumentu jaki dostałam od agencji. Co ciekawe na dokumencie podpisuje sie tylko ja, szef i świadek, nie ma natomiast podpisu agencji ani landlorda

Czy nie jest to jakaś nowa umowa na 6 miesięcy (bo agencja twierdzi że jedynie przez 6 miesiecy nie można zmienić czynszu a obowiązuje dalej stara umowa). W mojej starej umowie nie było żadnych dodatkowych klauzuli. Czy wszystko w tym memorandum jest w porządku? W szczególności czy to memorandum nie obliguje mnie do wynajmu tej nieruchomości przez okres minimum 6 miesięcy? Czy po prostu czynsz będzie w wysokości 800 przez 6 miesięcy a z wynajmu mogę w każdej chwilii zrezygnować? Jak rozumieć: "should continue from this 15th day of April 2010 for 6 months at a rental of 800,00 per calendar month and otherwise on the same terms and conditions as the Agreement so far as they are applicable to an extended tenancy "Dziękuje za pomoc.

This memorandum of extension is made this 15th day of April 2010 and is supplemental to the tenancy agreement (hereinafter called “the Agreement”) made the 15th day of July 2009 between .XXXX...... of the one part ( the landlord) and ...XXXXX...........of the other part ( the tenant) whereby it is agreed by and between the landlord and the tenant that the tenancy created by the agreement of premises of 22 belmont road .......xxxxx...... (the property) should continue from this 15th day of April 2010 for 6 months at a rental of 800,00 per calendar month and otherwise on the same terms and conditions as the Agreement so far as they are applicable to an extended tenancy and subject to additional (if appropriate) special clause(s) as detailed hereunder:
