Witam serdecznie! I mam takie pytanie,a jednocześnie problem.
W marcu lub też kwietniu złożyłam aplikację w jednym z biur zajmujących się pośrednictwem w wyjazdach do USA w ramach programu Au Pair (wyjazd do USA, do rodziny w celu nauki języka, opieka nad dziećmi)
Podpisałam dołączony do aplikacji dokument w języku angielskim na podstawie, którego karzą mi teraz wpłacić opłatę programową.
Powołując się na następujący przepis:
1.In addition to the terms of this Agreement, I agree to abide by additional reasonable terms and conditions stipulated by CC during the Program, including the Extension program. If there is any confusion between this Agreement and the terms of any other contracts, agreements, or materials of any kind, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
2. I agree to comply with the Program regulations issued by the United States Department of State (22 CFR Part 62) (“Regulations”). I acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Regulations as they apply to me. I also understand that I must comply with CC’s rules as outlined in this Agreement, the Au Pair Handbooks and other materials that CC has supplied to me. This includes staying within the legal number of working hours per day and week without exception. I will inform my Local Childcare Coordinator if asked to work beyond the legal guidelines of the program as outlined by the U.S. Department of State Regulations.
Firma twierdzi również, że przesłała mi na adres domowy wszystkie regulaminy i dokumenty wizowe.
Ja takich dokumentów nie otrzymałam. Podpiera się również informacjami ze strony internetowej
Czy powinnam im płacić 600 zł?
Co mam zrobić?
