Kolejny oszut tym razem działa jak Neil Hoppe
Ogłasza się na otomoto. Obecnie jego ogłoszenia zniknęły, bo zgłosiłem to do administratora.

mam kolejnego oszusta którego sam podpuściłem.. tzn wystawiłem samochód wart około 60 tys na allegro.. po paru dniach zauważyłem że w moim ogłoszeniu zmnieniła się cena na 28 tys i wykasowany został numer kontaktowy a dodany mail..

i moje pytanie jest takie.. co mogę teraz zrobić żeby gościu został ukarany? jak zgłoszę to na policję to coś da? coś trzeba z tym zrobić bo tacy oszusci są często bezkarni..

wchodząc na stronę tę co podał i wpisując numer który mi przesłał wydnieją dane które mu podałem.. czyli wymyślone imię i nazwisko i adres..

Witam, ja również trafiłem na ogłoszenie tego typu, ale coś mi nie grało, i znalazłem ten temat.

Na allegro, a raczej na otomoto stała piękna Skoda Superb z 2005 roku za uwaga 17 400(!). Te roczniki kosztują dużo więcej, w takiej cenie dostanę 2002, i to nie zawsze... Ale skuszony napisałem do gościa (kontakt był do Dębicy, podkarpackie)... Odpowiedź następująca:

Napisałem, że potrzebuję, aby nagrał film z oględzinami samochodu, jak wygląda w środku, jak chodzi silnik itp... ja razem z moim chłopakiem również natknęliśmy się na tych oszustów, podejrzewam ze na tą samą osobę której wiadomości cytował użytkownik rvs, bo nam przesyłal dokładnie te same wiadomosci - ten sam format, słowa itd, tylko marka samochodu zostala zmieniona i cena.

This is my proposition so we can handle the transaction more easy. I will send the car at your home address first and in this way you will not have to pay for any other taxes. In this way the price is 5200 euro.
I will send the car first and you will pay the money for the car in cash directly to the agent when he will deliver you the car and you will see it with your own eyes.

Ludzie! Zacznijcie myśleć! Nie bądźcie naiwni! Nigdy nie wpłacajcie zaliczek bądź też całych sum pieniędzy za samochody, których nie widzieliście na oczy! Bo później płacz i lament! Włączcie rozum! Nikt Wam nie sprzeda samochodu wartego 60tys za 20tys! Takich okazji po prostu nie ma!

Ostatnio pojawił się nowy rodzaj oszustów. Nie rozumiem tylko jaki zysk z tego czerpią. Pojawiają się samochody w okazyjnych cenach, ale nie zbyt bardzo. Np wartość rynkowa auta to 50.000 i wyskakuje nagle ogłoszenie za 43-44tys zł. Czyli nie super okazja, ale już coś. Podany normalnie telefon. Odbiera gościu i każe przyjechać na miejsce. Umawiają się głównie w woj dolnośląskim. Wiem, że taki adres nie istnieje, bo mam tam kuzyna (500km ode mnie) który pojechał i sprawdził. Nie wiem na czym polega to oszustwo, czy chcą zabrać pieniądze na miejscu, czy po prostu wywieźć kogoś w pole ? Ogłoszenie z dziś więc można dzwonić i się coś dowiedzieć. oto screeny bo ogłoszenie pewnie zniknie. Jakby ktoś rozwiązał tą sprawę to proszę napisać, bo oszuści w gadce są tak przekonywujący, że o mały włos nie pojechałem 500km w pole.

Wczoraj znowu przejechałem się 300km obejrzeć pusty dom. Czy ktoś rozumie ich politykę? Babka nawet specjalnie nie wyłudzała ode mnie zadatku. Co prawda zapytała czy nie prześle jej pieniędzy, ale nie była natarczywa. Powiedziała że ma drugich kupców z Warszawy i kto pierwszy ten lepszy. Więc ja do banku po pieniądze i gnam do Kutna. Po drodze przez telefon jeszcze uwzględnialiśmy szczegóły. Przyjeżdżam na miejsce telefonu już nikt nie odbiera. Dzwonie pod podany adres (dom), ludzie w szoku, mówią że oni żadnego auta nie sprzedają itd. Dałem się nabrać i straciłem 600 zł za paliwo. O co tu chodzi? Auto to Ford Kuga Titanium. Tych ogłoszeń jest pełno, wystarczy wejść na otomoto i poszukać. Dzisiaj np jest Toyota rav4 w mielcu.
